AkuForge, LLC ("AkuForge," "we," "us") provides Blackjack Navigator Pro. By using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.

This app is an educational training tool for blackjack strategy. It simulates blackjack gameplay for learning purposes only. It is not a gambling application and no real money is wagered, won, or lost.

While this app teaches mathematically validated strategies, the house maintains a mathematical edge in blackjack. Even with perfect basic strategy play, losses are expected over time. Real casino results depend on rule variations, table conditions, deck penetration, bankroll management, and other factors outside a player's control. This app does not guarantee any positive financial outcome and should not be treated as financial or investment advice. You assume all risk associated with applying any strategy or information from this app in a real casino setting.

This app includes card counting training features for educational purposes. While card counting is not illegal, casinos are private establishments and reserve the right to refuse service, limit bets, or ask any patron to leave at their discretion. We do not encourage or endorse any activity that violates the rules or policies of any gambling establishment. You are solely responsible for understanding and complying with the policies of any casino you visit.

All content, design, and code in Blackjack Navigator Pro is the property of its developer. Strategy data is sourced from publicly available mathematical analysis. This app references popular casino side bets for educational purposes. Perfect Pairs, 21+3, Lucky Ladies, Trilux, Match the Dealer, Lucky Lucky, and Super 4 Progressive are trademarks of their respective owners. This app is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or licensed by Galaxy Gaming, AGS, Scientific Games, IGT, or any other gaming manufacturer or distributor.

Blackjack Navigator Pro offers a one-time premium upgrade through Apple’s In-App Purchase system. All purchases are processed and managed by Apple. Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple through their support channels. The developer does not process payments or issue refunds independently.

If you have a concern or dispute regarding the app or these terms, please contact us at support@akuforge.com so we can attempt to resolve the matter informally. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.

This app is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AkuForge, LLC and its developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to financial losses at casinos or other gambling venues, arising from the use of this app or reliance on any strategy, coaching, or information it provides. By using this app, you acknowledge that all gambling decisions are made at your own risk.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
