Privacy Policy

AkuForge, LLC ("AkuForge," "we," "us," or "our") operates Blackjack Navigator. The app is designed with your privacy in mind. We collect minimal data and give you full control over what is shared.

We do not collect personal information such as your name, email, or location. The app does not require an account or login.

All gameplay data, statistics, settings, and progress are stored locally on your device. Nothing is uploaded to external servers unless you explicitly opt in to analytics or iCloud sync.

If you have iCloud enabled on your device, the app can sync your game progress (streak, milestones, stats, bank balance, and per-hand history) across your Apple devices using iCloud (CloudKit private database). This data is stored in your personal iCloud account and is not accessible to us. You can disable iCloud sync at any time in the app's Settings. When iCloud sync is off, all data remains local only. If you delete the app, your local data is removed, but iCloud data is retained by Apple until cleared from your iCloud account. Apple's iCloud privacy policy governs data stored there.

If you opt in via Settings, the app sends anonymous usage events (e.g., screens viewed, features used) through TelemetryDeck. These events contain no personal identifiers and cannot be linked back to you. Analytics are disabled by default and can be turned off at any time. If you opt in, anonymized crash and hang diagnostic counts are also included.

You may choose to watch a short rewarded video ad to earn bonus chips. These ads are available to both free and Pro users and are served by Google AdMob in non-personalized mode. To deliver and cap these ads and prevent fraud, AdMob receives limited device and usage information (such as a device identifier and IP address). This is not used to track you across other apps or websites: the app does not use Apple’s App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework and does not access your device’s advertising identifier (IDFA). You are never required to watch an ad.

The app accesses the network for: anonymous analytics signals (if opted in, via TelemetryDeck), optional rewarded ad loading (Google AdMob), Apple App Store purchase verification, and loading this privacy policy and terms of service. No personal data is transmitted in any of these.

The app integrates two third-party services: TelemetryDeck (opt-in anonymous analytics) and Google AdMob (optional non-personalized rewarded ads). Neither is used to track you across other apps or websites, and neither collects information that directly identifies you. No other third-party SDKs are used.

Deleting the app removes locally stored game data. Two small records are kept in the iOS Keychain and survive app deletion and reinstall: your Pro purchase status and your free-trial record. This protects your purchase across reinstalls. Keychain data is removed when the device is erased. If iCloud sync is enabled, progress data stored in your iCloud account will remain until cleared from your iCloud account in Settings. No server-side data outside of iCloud exists for us to delete on your behalf.

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected in the app and on this page with an updated date.
