Privacy Policy

AkuForge, LLC ("AkuForge," "we," "us," or "our") operates Blackjack Navigator Pro. The app is designed with your privacy in mind. We collect minimal data and give you full control over what is shared.

We do not collect personal information such as your name, email, or location. The app does not require an account or login.

All gameplay data, statistics, settings, and progress are stored locally on your device. Nothing is uploaded to external servers unless you explicitly opt in to analytics or iCloud sync.

If you have iCloud enabled on your device, the app can sync your game progress (streak, milestones, stats, and bank balance) across your Apple devices using iCloud Key-Value Storage. This data is stored in your personal iCloud account and is not accessible to us. You can disable iCloud sync at any time in the app's Settings. When iCloud sync is off, all data remains local only. If you delete the app, your local data is removed, but iCloud data is retained by Apple until cleared from your iCloud account. Apple's iCloud privacy policy governs data stored there.

If you opt in via Settings, the app sends anonymous usage events (e.g., screens viewed, features used) through TelemetryDeck. These events contain no personal identifiers and cannot be linked back to you. Analytics are disabled by default and can be turned off at any time.

You may choose to watch a short rewarded video ad to earn bonus chips. These ads are available to both free and premium users and are served by Google AdMob in non-personalized mode. No ad tracking identifier is collected and no ATT (App Tracking Transparency) prompt is shown. You are never required to watch an ad.

The app accesses the network for: loading rewarded ads (AdMob), sending anonymous analytics if opted in (TelemetryDeck), and displaying this privacy policy and terms of service. No gameplay data is transmitted.

The app integrates two third-party services: TelemetryDeck (opt-in anonymous analytics) and Google AdMob (optional rewarded ads, non-personalized). Both operate without collecting personally identifiable information. No other third-party SDKs are used.

Deleting the app removes all locally stored data. If iCloud sync is enabled, progress data stored in your iCloud account will remain until cleared from your iCloud account in Settings. No server-side data outside of iCloud exists for us to delete on your behalf.

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected in the app and on this page with an updated date.
